In consultation with SCANIA and VOLVO, we have developed weldable spring consoles that can replace the original on the vehicle
When using the weldable spring brackets, the construction of the chassis reinforcement is simplified and improved, as the expansion around the spring brackets is avoided, and a more homogeneous reinforcement with fewer welds. Information on weldable spring brackets for SCANIA trucks type CTT-SCA-FK-M-1A-2A-02
- When mounting, the calculations on the current vehicle, must be sent to SCANIA for approval before commencing construction.
- The consoles are approved for use by the Danish Transport Authority.
- We make a manufacturer’s declaration, which must be enclosed with the application for the G-Declaration.
- Detailed assembly and welding instructions are supplied.
Information about weldable spring brackets for VOLVO trucks
- When mounting weldable brackets and fittings for the heeling stabilizer, the calculations on the current vehicle must be sent to VOLVO for approval, before commencement of construction.
- The spring brackets are approved for use by the Danish Transport Authority.
